• Pros: Staff: The hotel staff provided excellent service. Location: The hotel is situated in an excellent location. • Cons: Cleanliness: The floor was not clean. Facilities: Multiple facilities such as the flush, intercom, and geyser were not functioning properly. Room Amenities: The TV was not working, and there was a broken toilet seat. During my recent stay at this hotel, I found several areas that need immediate attention. Starting with the basics, the cleanliness of the room was below par, especially the floor which seemed neglected. Additionally, essential facilities like the flush and geyser were malfunctioning, causing inconvenience during our stay. The intercom system also seemed to be out of order. To add to the list of disappointments, the room's television was not operational, which was quite disappointing for someone looking forward to some relaxation after a long day. Furthermore, discovering a broken toilet seat in the bathroom was not only unsettling but also posed safety concerns. However, it's essential to note that despite these setbacks, the staff at the hotel was commendable. Their courteous behavior and promptness in addressing some of our concerns did make our stay a tad bit better. Furthermore, the hotel's location is undoubtedly a strong point, making it accessible to various attractions and amenities. In conclusion, while the hotel boasts an excellent location and commendable staff, there's a pressing need to improve its overall cleanliness and ensure that all facilities are in working condition to provide guests with a comfortable experience.

We stayed in this hotel with my family for two days. Only good part of this hotel is the location. It is located on MG Road. Hotel rooms are very dirty and look very old. Water supply is not regular. Not at all recommended for the family.

Location of the hotel is great.Situated at M.G.Merg.All restaurents are at walking distace.Service of the hotel is best. Comfortable bed at a cheap rate. One thing is that, their toilet is not very much clean and regular cleaning was not done during our stay. Overall recommended for its great location.

We stayed here a 2 weeks back, we had booked our rooms online.. On The bright side: 1. The hotel is located in a gud place although there's no parking. 2. Service was good. A guy named Hitesh helped us quite a lot. 3. The entrance to the hotel, i.e the lobby was good. On the downside: 1.Rooms were horrendous. The bedsheets were stained, blankets were stinking. 2. Toilet was so dirty , there was a used soap on our wash basin. 3. Most of the lights in the room were not working. 4. Only certain channels in the tv work. 5. Room had literally no ventilation. 6. At night the receptionist had a fight with some one... they were screaming like crazy. We couldn't sleep. My husband had to go shusshhh them twice. 7. Such a waste of money. 2k down the drain for such a pathetic hotel. I don't recommend!! This hotel deserves only 1 star, 2 stars cuz Hitesh was pretty gud!

Stayed for two nights. Located centrally right in the middle of the bustling MG Marg. Clean rooms, very affordable rates. Room service was prompt. The food was good and the quantity per ordered item was adequate. The adjacent Chopstick restaurant is good, too.
